Returns

Due to the nature of grocery and food products, we generally do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or leaking product

Expired product delivered

Missing items in the order

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos/videos of the product

Description of the issue

Refunds

After verification of your complaint:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Store credit/replacement product may be provided based on availability

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened food packages

Perishable goods

Dairy products

Fresh vegetables/fruits

Personal care items

Products damaged after use

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
